I don't live in Indiana. Can you notarize my document?
Yes, by remote online notarization. You can be anywhere in the U.S.; I am physically in Indiana for the session. Please first confirm that the office receiving your document accepts remote notarizations.
What ID do I need?
In person (Indiana): Bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or state ID from any state, a U.S. or foreign passport, a U.S. military ID, or a tribal ID. Indiana allows IDs that are current or expired no more than 3 years. The name on your ID should match the name on your document.
Online (remote notarization): You'll need a valid government photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) and a device with a camera. The platform will check your ID and ask you a few identity questions before your session. Some signers, especially those without a U.S. Social Security number or U.S. address, may need extra steps or may not be eligible. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm.
Not sure if your ID will work? Call or email us before your appointment.
How much will it cost?
Remote: $25 per act plus the OneNotary platform fee (at cost, from $10), confirmed before booking. In person in Indiana: $10 per notarized signature plus travel. See the fee table.
Do you serve Illinois?
Not yet. My Illinois commission is pending, so Illinois services are coming soon.
Can you help me choose or fill out my form?
No. I can't choose, prepare or explain documents. Please ask the attorney, lender or agency that requires the document.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Appointments and sessions can be in English or Spanish.
Should I sign my document before the appointment?
No. Sign only when I ask you to, during the session or appointment.
